Landscan Associates Co. Ltd is an established and reputable Kenyan land survey consultancy firm, founded in 2003 and incorporated in 2010. For over two decades, we’ve built a reputation for delivering accurate, compliant, and cost-effective surveying and mapping services across a wide range of sectors.

With a skilled team led by a licensed land surveyor, and supported by specialists in surveying, GIS, and digital mapping, we serve clients across the country from our offices located in Eldoret, Nairobi, Busia, and Kilgoris.
