Do you provide services outside Eldoret or Uasin Gishu?
Yes. While we are based in Eldoret, we are licensed to operate throughout the country. Some of the Counties we have served clients in Kenya, include Uasin Gishu, Nairobi, Mombasa, Makueni, Tukana (Lodwar), Nyandarua, Nandi, Trans Nzoia, Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, Kisumu and Narok (Kilgoris).
What is a beacon re-establishment survey?
It is a survey to identify or restore missing or displaced beacons (boundary markers) on your property. This helps confirm or protect your land boundaries.
Can you help with land subdivision or amalgamation?
Absolutely. We assist with both land subdivision (dividing one parcel into several) and amalgamation (combining multiple plots), including preparation of plans and submission to relevant authorities.
